FAQs:
Do you come to my house for animal communication? No. Animal communication and Private coaching sessions are conducted by phone or online with clients across the US and internationally.
Are you a psychic? No. I do not predict or prescribe anything. Animal communication is a telepathic channel for you to share an honest conversation with your pet. My role is like a translator when having a conversation with someone who doesn’t share a common spoken language.
Why do I have to pay at registration? Pre-registration is required for all sessions and classes. Payment is collected at registration through PayPal because sessions are always deeply personal. It is very disruptive to the communication experience when payment is discussed and/or collected at the conclusion of a session.
Do you have a guarantee? I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is a privilege to work with animals and their people. I adhere to a strict standard of ethics and confidentiality. It is my intention to communicate with the highest integrity, respect, and compassion for both you and your animal friends.
What do I need to know before a session? Details and information are sent with registration confirmation. If you are traveling to Lebanon, Ohio for a session with the horses, directions to our location are also included.
Do you have online classes? All classes and events are held in Lebanon, Ohio. The nature of energetic work is best facilitated with personal interaction. I may host an online webinar or live online event, but I don’t offer any online only/self-study classes.
Will I ride the horses in an unplugged session? No. An unplugged session is all interactive from the ground. No horse experience necessary. The one requirement for a session with the horses is to wear closed toe shoes. No crocks, sandals, flip flops, garden shoes or Birkenstocks. Sneakers are ideal, or boots if the weather is cold.
Terms and conditions:
All appointments are filled by reservation on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations are required 48 hours in advance for animal communication and 72 hours in advance for Unplugged sessions. If you have a package deal or a high priority need, I can sometimes accommodate direct requests 24 hours in advance.
Payment for all services is collected at time of registration through a secure payment link.

No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation accepted up to 24 hours prior to event/appointment. You may request a refund or reschedule. (*Michelle reserves the right to cancel unplugged sessions due to inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions up to 4 hours in advance. You may choose to reschedule or request a refund.)
As a professional animal communicator, I am bound by the same confidentiality ethics as any medical, health, or spiritual professional.
This is a complementary service to support the overall understanding and wellness between animals and people. I do not diagnose or treat any conditions. If you have any type of emergency situation, contact your veterinary or medical professionals immediately.
